I have assembled a team of experienced operators-not financial engineers-who are passionate about providing unmatched quality products and superior customer service. Our team is committed to working in close partnerships with our clients in the storage tank industry and will draw on our teams vast knowledge of safe practices and procedures. Prior to Allied Tank & Construction I started as a laborer in 1994, in 2008 I founded Alliance Tank Service and partnered with Clavis Capital Partners in 2016. Served on the Board of Directors prior to exiting from Alliance Tank Service in December 2019.
Executive VP & CFO
Mr. Spyres comes to Allied Tank & Construction from Gardner Denver, Inc. now known as Ingersoll Rand after their recent merger. He started his career in 1999 as a plant accountant and aggressively moved up thru the organization taking on roles of increasing responsibility and finished his accounting career as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in 2006. He then took an an operations /sales role running their Aftermarket and Field Service operations from 2007 to 2012 at which time he moved from Aftermarket to run all the new manufacturing operations as Director of Operations for the Petroleum Pump Division. In December of 2017, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations which encompassed all new and aftermarket manufacturing and service facilities domestic and international until his departure in 2019.
John began his career in the summer of 1987 with Matrix Service as a repair and maintenance foreman. He continued into 1990, when Matrix opened their
fabrication facility. He was directly involved in shipping and receiving, Purchasing Manager, System Director, Shop Superintendent, Estimating Manager and Engineering drawing checker. He
left Matrix after nearly 30 years of service and took a position of Estimating Manager at Alliance Tank Service, until leaving in 2019.
